James Dommer - Award of Merit

James is employed with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office as a Charitable Funds Auditor within the Charitable Law Section. He has been employed within the office for nearly a decade. James married his wife, Brandie in July 2003, and they have two children, R.J. and A.J.
He is a deacon at Lockbourne Freewill Baptist Church, where he has attended since 2005. After graduating from HTHS in 2001, James earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Franklin University. While in high school, he lettered in Football for two years, lettered in Track and Field for two years, and was the manager for the girls' basketball team for four years.
James has volunteered as a statistician for the football team since 2003, as a line judge for the volleyball team since 2010, and running the clock/scoreboard for the girls' basketball team since 2011. He, along with his father Rodney, volunteered to work Bingo events for the Hamilton Township Athletics Boosters from 2001 to 2005.
