Ashley Trimble

Ashley, a 2005 graduate of Hamilton Township High School, participated in Track and Basketball. She broke the Division II State Record in the 100m hurdles and was a seven time state champion in the hurdle races. Ashley rewrote the record book at every track meet from the state meet down. She holds numerous Regional, District, Mid-State League, and School records and was named MVP at countless track meets including a two-time selection as MVP of the Mid State League. Ashley ran in the National Championships three times and won the 100m hurdles at the Midwest Meet of Champions. She was also named MVP of the Mid State League in Basketball during her senior year. 

During Ashley’s time as a Ranger she was the cornerstone of an unprecedented run of success by the Girls Track team. The team finished 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 8th at the State Track meet during the years she competed. The team also won the District meet, the Mid State League meet, numerous invitational meets and was Regional Runner-up twice. Ashley also helped the girls' basketball team to a District Finals appearance. 

Ashley earned a full scholarship to run track at the University of Kentucky where she was named an All-American and was a Southeastern Conference Champion in the pentathlon. Ashley was a three year captain and holds three school records. She went on to earn a degree in photography and is a highly sought after wedding/special events photographer.

Ashley currently resides in Columbus and when she is not taking pictures she is training for the Olympics. She recently finished 9th at the Olympic Trials in weightlifting to spite only joining the sport a few months before the trials.
